Community guidelines
SOLO is used by students from age 5 to 21 in schools around the world. These six rules keep the arena safe for everyone. Every player accepts them before their first match.
Play kind
Win humbly, lose gracefully. Rage-quitting on purpose, stalling the clock or spamming reactions can pause your account.
Keep private things private
Never share your real name, school, phone number, address or passwords anywhere on SOLO. Your alias is the only name other players see.
No open chat
SOLO has no free-text messaging. You can only send preset phrases like "Good game!". This removes the number one risk on kids' platforms.
Age rooms are enforced
Your age decides which difficulty levels and rooms you can enter. Faking your age breaks these protections and the account is removed.
Report anything odd
Every game screen has a report button. Tell us about bullying, cheating, rude aliases or bugs — moderators review each report.
One account per player
No sharing accounts, no bots or engines helping you play, no boosting XP with fake matches.
